Items can be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Pack the item securely, ideally in the original package.
Include the completed return form provided with your shipment.
Send your package using a track able method to ensure it reaches us.
2. Exchanges:
To exchange an item, please return the original item following the return instructions above and place a new order for the desired size or style.
3. Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact our customer service immediately with photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
